Thank you for shopping with AUTHENTIC 472. Most pieces are handcrafted with care and intention, and we’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Our "Unique Hand Crafted"  jewelry and accessories are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Shipping Options

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

    •    Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (after processing)

    •    Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.

International Shipping- Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our creative space, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help you locate it. However, AUTHENTIC 472 is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
