Returns

Because our jewelry and accessories are handmade to order, we DO NOT typically accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly make it right through an exchange or repair.

To start a return or report an issue, please email us at authenticx472@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem.

Exchanges 

We DO NOT Except exchanges on Jewelry ! We are happy to offer exchanges for unworn items such as clothing or tote bags, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

Please note that custom orders, personalized pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled. Therefore, you will receive no refund, no money back.
